We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice, Aetna, and United Health Care/Optum Behavioral Health plans. We are out-of-network for all other insurers. We are not in network with any HMO plans. Please check your insurance benefits to determine your in-network or out-of-network benefits.
