Relationship Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Program

An 8-week support and skill development group

What's the purpose of this group? 

To assist members in understanding and integrating their experiences in order to reclaim their personal power by providing support, validation, education and skill building.


Who should attend? 

Female-identifying persons aged 18-30 who have experienced any of the following:

  • Assault

  • Stalking

  • Harassment

  • Date rape

  • Drink spiking

  • Violence

  • Emotional abuse in a love relationship (e.g., "gaslighting," degradation, manipulation, intimidation)

  • Social media harassment and bullying

  • Abuse or neglect during childhood 

  • Other Traumatic experiences

What should I expect?

  • Series will consist of eight 50-minute weekly group meetings 

  • Closed group format, which means that once it starts, no new members will be added to the current series

  • Minimum of 5 but no more than 10 members 

  • Pre-group screening interviews are required prior to the start of each series

  • Integrative treatment modalities including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Therapy, Narrative Therapy and others

  • Group leader is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with specialized training in trauma and recovery

  • Group co-leader is an advanced psychology intern with a specialty focus in trauma


What is the cost?

  • $280 for each series ($35 per group session)

  • Members contract for full 8-week program series 

  • Insurance coverage may be available through your plan.  We accept BCBS PPO and Blue Choice plans with insurance verification
