Sabrina Ung, M.A.
Advanced Doctoral Intern in Clinical Psychology
Sabrina (she/her) is a 4th year doctoral student in Northern Illinois University’s Clinical Psychology program. Her focus is in developmental psychopathology, which includes knowledge of how emotional and behavioral problems develop in children and across the lifespan. Sabrina utilizes evidence-based treatments and is dedicated to collaborating with multiple informants, such as the client, their family, their educational team, and other professionals, in order to engage in differential diagnosing and provide informed treatment recommendations. Sabrina has also conducted individual therapy, group therapy, and intensive exposure-based therapies with children and adults. She specializes in neurocognitive and learning disorders, and child emotional and behavioral problems.
Sabrina graduated from University of California, Irvine with bachelor’s degrees in psychology and education sciences. She received her master's degree in clinical psychology from Northern Illinois University in 2021. She is passionate about working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families and is excited to work with the team at Konick and Associates.
